These are the conditions for using the Todo Arcade General Web Directory service (www.todoarcade.com). Users who undertake to use the resources and services offered agree to adhere to these terms and any other local legislation respective of their countries.

Usage of the Todo Arcade Web Directory service includes listed links to websites, advertisements and banners or any other use of any content or resources placed on the site. Todo Arcade editors (referred to as ‘administrators’ in parts of the website) can pause or entirely terminate any of these services at any time for any reason. They also have discretion to move, change or delete deployed links as they find useful without informing the user/submitter.

Non-compliance with submission rules and these terms and conditions or applicable local laws allows our administrators to remove any link even if it had been previously approved.

Usage of any of Todo Arcade's resources means you declare compliance with these terms and any local laws. Consequences are associated with non-adherence to any of them.

You will therefore be held responsible for uploading any content, images, adding links and e-mails. Further, Todo Arcade is exempted from liability to how you provide and share personal information such contacts on our site.

Todo Arcade administrators will review all links manually and individually. Ensure, therefore, that when you submit your URL, all the links in the website are live and working. Dead links will lead to immediate disapproval.

Submission Guidelines/Rules:

Here are rules that you must strictly adhere to your submission to be considered:

1. Sites containing any illegal content and/or illegal activity.
2. Sites with sexually explicit content (porn sites).
3. Sites that is harmful for children.
4. Sites that offer medicine - only a few pills or other type of medicine – whose domain is less than one year old.
5. Sites that are under construction. All links in your site should be working and we will check this.
6. Banned or rejected sites.
7. Sites with misleading content and keywords.
8. Sites with Squeeze pages.
9. Sites that point to social network
10. Sites posted with the intention of getting back-links only and therefore don't provide any useful information for users.
11. Sites with too little content. Blogs should have a considerable number of posts/content.
12. You can't add two duplicated domains in the same category
13. Games sites that is built only to get traffic and most the link into redirect to others.
14. Sites listed in wrong category. Due high demand of submission and the need to ensure quality, such a site will be rejected.
15. Sites that display pop-ups, or try to install any software on the user's computer.
16. Sites that are in any other language except English or that are out of the world categories. Please request us to add your language country if you can't find it.
17. Any sites that shows prejudice against religions, sects, ethnicities or colour.

We have had to change our submission guidelines to offer more quality and ensure that our visitors get good quality. This is because in recent times we have seen a great increase in spammy and scam sites in our web directory.

Paid submissions will be approved automatically pending review by our team of administrators. If approved, the link(s) will be deployed in the category chosen. Otherwise, if the submission does not follow our submission guidelines and approval fails, a full refund will be made.

Todo Arcade only accepts submission of sites in the English language for our main categories. If your website is in any other language, add it in world category. You can fill out a Contact Us form requesting us to add your country if you don't find it in the world category.

Our editors will try to review as many submissions within the shortest time possible but we do not make any promise/guarantee that a submission will be approved.

Todo Arcade is not liable to provide any of its services to any user or third party.
